Recently had 2 short stays 1st was 3:days I was missed on 2 meals 1 dinner & 1 breakfast other than that very professional 3 weeks later in for 4 days very professional had a nurse his name was Justin a excellent performance really a very good nurse. Almost made my stay enjoyable but it was still the hospital but did make my visit about as comfortable as it could be
Wonderful place for the children they sure know how to draw blood from very small babies
Nurses and Doctors were really wonderful, knowledgeable, and explained everything in terms you could understand it. All procedures are completed in a timely manner. It does not take all day to get something done. Really great hospital.
The staff on 5F were awesome to me and my husband. They made sure us and our family were took in care over and beyond what they had to.
These people are great they been so nice ,they treat me like family thanks again for Bailey for bringing me.
They are good at what they do and will do their best to make surd you're in the best of health. But the nurses, staff, besides the males, are absolutely hateful and make you feel bad for being their patient. Customer service & cleanliness definitely needs to be worked on. If you don't enjoy helping people do not be nurse.
I was sent to Norton's 6E on a Mental inquest where I spent a week .this place has the most caring staff and doctors in the Louisville area.I spent time at our lady of peace last year .it doesn't even come close to Norton's staff. Thanks Norton's
