My wife was sent here with a rash from the baby doctor they really didn't do nothing for her we were there for 5 hours and now we have been billed twice the second bill was ridiculous

I was at Norton's hospital for 6 hours. I set in the waiting room for 5 hours. The other room was a small room. I was there for a hour. During that time a man came in ready to do a EKG on me. The gentleman said let's get ready. Your having chest pains and shortness of breath. I told him no, I fell and my ankle and knee is throbbing. Oh and the ex ray, they only wanted to do a ex ray on my foot. The ex ray tech called and asked if they needed a knee ex ray also. My husband received excellent care last week. The staff were top notch. My family and friends were treated with the utmost care and concern.

We are currently in the hospital and did come across problems finding our nurse and received rude care from our CNA the first full day, however when problems were reported to management things were immediately addressed and the following day I saw a positive change in our CNA and received an apology. Hope the nurse is on her game today too! Other than these problems the doctor and all other staff have been very kind and stepped out of their way to help myself and/or my family members! Watched a lady pass out in the emergency room and nurses did nothing ... it's all over Facebook on video . I think it's sad and the people on duty should be penalized for not taking care of the woman in need of help.
