Get directionsMy son had chest pains today. I know it is a Saturday. He was there from 7 am until almost 1 30 this afternoon. The testing was done by 11 30 am. Why does it take so long to get out of there? They didn’t give him anything to eat. He was already stressed. I think it’s easy to take advantage of sick people. I was at home and I called the hospital and the person was rude. I don’t understand how you all are still in business.
Bad place to work. Little wonder it ended up pretty much being named in the book "Real Nursing: Every Second Counts" for its poor management/HR practices.
I want to thank everyone on 4 L 6 for the care i got after surgery 1/30 to 2/3. Thanks to Dr.Glassman and Dr.Harparing and their team also and the physical therapy dept.
From the moment I walked in until I was wheeled out to my car, every person I encountered at Nortons was amazing! I can’t thank the staff enough in surgery for their kindness and ensuring I had my needs meet! As a RN, I can honestly say your hospital has some of the top notch nurses I’ve seen! Thank you for having such a caring and healing environment that is patient centered!!
Everyone was very nice and helpful after my c section.
My husband Deryl Hall just discharged on 1-14-18 and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience! From the housekeeping staff, dietary dept, CNAs, nurses, respiratory therapy, physical therapy and doctors were all first rate! They took excellent care of my husband in 5B ICU and in 4C TCU and we are forever grateful! God Bless each person that helped in my husband’s recovery!

I contacted Patient Advocate which told me they would be up to see me in an hour well its been 21 hours no sign of them. And then this Dr. had the audacity to come into me room again talking bs. I threw him out and once again tried to immediately discharge me. Well I'm still here. Another issue 13 hours to be given an order to receive Tylenol for a headache. Now have been waiting again for 9 hours. This place is a j... read more
