This Was My First Time Going To Norton Hospital(Emergency Room).I Will Say That They Are A Good Hospital And Their Staff That Took Care Of Me While I Was There Was Absolutely Fantastic They Was Totally Honest About Everything And Explained Everything To Me And They Was Fast In Getting Me Back In A Room. I Signed In At 6:51 PM and Was Released At 9:30 PM. I Would Recommend This Hospital Because Of The Excellent Job They Did.

This is terrible. Drive 3 hours to get here. No one was at the desk to check. A group of us were told to wait in another area to be helped. This was not right. Forty Five minutes after opening, the very angry barista is still refusing to make coffee. The staff is so rude. None of them want to talk to people. There is no restroom on the registration/cafeteria floor and only one person was willing to yell us that she thought it might be 1 floor up. First time there my mom was having surgery she's a diabetic nurse fail to look at her chart gave her juice to bring her sugar back up thank God wasn't medicine

They are a great hospital my baby has been there for 11 days and there great with her can't ask for a better place for her to be

I can say that the hospital itself is ok. Staff are friendly but that really depends on the floor and unit you are on. If you are a dyalisis patient watch out. The dyalisis staff is great but really take a good look at the machine that is being brought in to treat you.

My daughter just spent 19 day as a patient at Norton's downtown, which means I spent 19 days and some night there as a visitor. The entire staff on 2 inferential units, x-Ray, CT, nurses, doctors, housekeeping and social were wonderful, kind and caring. Thank you all for taking such good care of her. God bless you all.
