run!! dont buy a car here I purchased a jaguar xjl 2013 from this lot on Wednesday evening Thursday morning the check engine light was on black smoke engine knocking car dealer refused to take the care back I'm gonna have to put thousands into the car I put 5000k down and they wont do anything to help me!! dont make my same mistake if I could do it over again I'd never step foot on their lot

Got a car and engine was blow. Return not even 20 hours later and owner refuse to refund. A lot more. Pics and videos coming soon. DONT BUY TRUST ME. The reviews are REAL and everyone states the same thing for a reason. Got proof from multiple auto shops. He attempted to say my mechanic overfilled oil in the car. Court bound for sure. I had to call police to get keys and he tried to be petty and put me on restraining order. The police had to do it but found it so comical and advise me of a great route. I do not I will not nor will I ever recommend anyone buying a car from Northwoods Auto sales on Dorchester road. they tell you they will fix a car when you buy it and then they renege on what they say they're going to fix. The guy Charlie in the office is very aggressive with women. I have had to put almost $2,500 into a car after I purchased it from them. for repairs RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED CAR DEALERSHIP.
Financed a gmc terrain from here in October, the purchase process was great and then a month into having the car I got a code for catalytic converter. I said ok, I bought as is so I guess i gotta fix it. Another month later got several codes after the car broke down at a stop light which includes: knocker sensor, camshaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, and a correlation break...with that being said took it to get serviced and its gonna be a $2300 job after finding that timing chain and assembly should be replaced. Very unprofessional. They don't disclose all the information needed. They will not work with you. It doesn't matter if you communicate with them they still treat you like dirt. They are right and your wrong. DON'T go here if you need a car!
