Roof replacement Total Roof Works replaced our cedar shake roof. Expert advice at meeting onsite for quoting, a firm and concise quote, where we dealt with details in a friendly fashion, to confirm exactly what we wanted, and a competitive price. The crew were friendly, very hard working, and even through weather delays, completed the job in a timely fashion. New Residential Roof I was really really impressed with Northwood Roofing. They are very professional and not only do a good job, but do it properly without cutting corners. They supplied and installed my new roof and we upgraded to Landmark TL's to get a thicker shingle, our builder wanted a really quick turn around and Northwood lived up to the timelines. Would highly recommend them over other roofing suppliers who took forever to quote, or just didn't bother getting back to me!

New Roof Our roof (that was only about 4 years old and done by another company) had a problem with a leak, so in fixing that we decided to just go ahead and re-do the whole roof. Northwood Roofing did a real good job and we were quite impressed. We weren't there while they were doing the roof but our neighbours told us that the guys were great about making sure kids or others walking by would be safe from any sort of debris. Roof Our 20 year old cedar roof was at the point where we could get it repaired and be good for another 2-3 years or replaced altogether. Northwood emailed me a detailed cost for both options. One night I heard some noise on the roof top. I went outside to find a raccoon tearing off cedar shingles from the roof. I was able to scare the raccoon off. Roofing We saw that Northwood Roofing was working on a house down the alley from us so we thought we might as well use them too. They came and re-did all the shingles and, to us, it looks good. Matt, one of the staff, was really good about keeping us informed. They cleaned up after themselves as well. No leaks so far!

Roof repair Called Northwood Roofing about a small leak in the shake roof over a garage area. I was given a quote over the phone for investigating the leak, and a technician came out that same day (as rain was expected the following day). He arrived in timely fashion and replaced a couple of shakes and added shims where necessary. A leak test revealed the source, and the problem was soon resolved. The invoice reflected the original quote plus parts and taxes.
