Integrity Excellence Professional We contacted at least half a dozen “roofing companies”. Few responded in a timely or professional manner. Northwood Roofing impressed beyond expectations. Their crew courteous, clean and extraordinarily respectful! They even repaired hidden rotted plywood as part of their complete “roofing system” without extra costs. Their rep was honest about every detail and kept saying “Nobody does a better job!” They were correct. We have the nicest roof in the neighbourhood. Thank You Team Northwood!!!

Poor worksmanship / Poor customer service Our Strata awarded a gutter replacement contract to Northwood, in 2019. What seemed +ve, with all the good reviews, become an experience in frustration. The quality of work was poor, with numerous oversights and careless attention to detail - including even the most basic! Despite several calls, e-mails and reassurances by Northwood to return and correct the anomalies, we continue to wait, month after month, from well before the pandemic. Built-in gutter membrane repair I was impressed by the new roofs the crew installed for my neighbors so I asked Jesse if he could patch all my built-in gutter membrane seams. He looked at them immediately and got me a quote. The best part was that he went the extra mile to fit me in before the rains started. Great and knowledgeable crew, cleaned up everything when job was finished . ( Now it can rain!!! ) Job well done.

roofing everything from the quoting, to the amazing one day service (which included a torch on area as well as shingles) to the clean up. Can't say enough. Plus, their price was lower than 3 of the 5 quotes I received.

NEW ROOF NEW ROOF NEEDED Read many different reviews on roof companies and decided on Northwood Roofing. We felt they were a reliable established company with a 10 year warranty on labor and material and used good quality products. New Roof Robbie and his crew were very professional and completed our roofing project in a timely fashion even though it was late October and the weather was unpredictable. Communication was good with text message updates on the job's progress. The crew often stayed late, working until dark to ensure the yard was left clean at day's end. This was much appreciated. Roofing is a messy job but our yard and surroundings were left impressively clean when the project was done. I would recommend this company.

Ashphalt Roof cleaning The people at Northwoods were easy to contact and very quick to respond to all my inquiries. We had some weather delays and they contacted me a few days in advance to change the appointment based on the forecast. The roofer who came was pleasant, professional and educated me on future maintenance and preventative care which is invaluable to me as a new homeowner. New Roof Installation I was extremely happy with the prompt response to my request for quotation and happily engaged Northwood to complete the job. The job was completed quickly, cleanly and safely, great to see the fall protection worn by all.
