Small roof leak Had a small leak. Very hard to identify without an attic.. called. Came within a couple of days. Very friendly knowledgeable guy came. Caulked some stuff. Later that week. Got an invoice. Explained leak wasn’t fixed. They had a guy over in a hour. And it’s fixed with a little more investigating. Great experience. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service Was referred to Northwood Roofing by a neighbor and called them first thing Monday morning and they came by before noon. Repaired a tile and did a thorough inspection. Made several recommendations which we will be moving forward with. Crystal at the front office is excellent to deal with as well and I feel I am getting excellent service and excellent rate. Well done Northwood! I highly recommend calling them for your roof and gutter repairs!

New roof and gutters We needed a new roof and gutters. From start to finish, the entire team at Northwood were amazing: friendly, professional, incredibly hard-working. We really can't say enough about what a refreshingly positive experience it was to work with them.

Great Service Northwood Roofing, The leakage into our rooms, after that horrific Sunday flooding, was very unnerving for my special needs daughter and I; just one more thing my husband would've normally handled (who passed this past year). I am so thankful my eldest daughter called Northwood the following day who said no one would be able to come out in the evening, however, Jessie was able to make it much earlier. Replace and repair roof and gutters While replacing soffits, we discovered that our roof had rot in the substrate. Northwood came out and identified the source of the problem. We decided to replace entire roof rather than spot repair. Northwood was able to repair and replace our roof system within a short 2 day window of good weather. Well done.

New roof installation We were looking to get a new roof put on a house we had recently purchased. I had called a few places for quotes to see what prices were like and what time frame the work be completed in. Northwood Roofing came to our residence very quickly to discuss both. A representative named Eric arrived and was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns that we had. He was professional and polite.
