I took my car to get an oil change at Northwood. While I was there the staff was complaining about being shorthanded. My oil change took an hour and half, and I didn't get the included car wash. They also corrected my tire pressure, but didn't put the valve stems back on. The service staff where a little impatient and acted like I was supposed to know how things work despite being a first time customer.
RecommendedLiz was awesome! We bought a used Toyota Highlander and love it! Liz was very patient and helpful through the whole process. Liz and Northwood made this a very easy and pleasant buying experience.

Worst experience ever. Sales people have no idea what they are doing and the managers are shysters out to screw you over. I will never set foot in this place against.
Do you still have the employee who harassed me for reporting his dog being locked in his car on a hot day? If so, that represents what your company stands for. Back in 2004 I reported the above to local police. The car was parked near this business, so when police did not respond in a timely matter, I went into the business and talked with the manager and learned that the person on question was employed with your company. I purchased a used (2014) Chevy Volt from Liz at Northwoods Chevy about a year and a half ago. I've been extremely pleased with the car's performance and the only time I needed a repair, it was covered under the extended warranty. I'm getting 98 MPG average (with electric hybrid) and often only fill up only once a month (for about $20). I typically go back and forth from Trinidad to Eureka every day and run almost entirely on electric battery. I love the Volt and don't miss the gas station!
I went in and placed a order for my Traverse and Liz was very helpful keeping me posted with the status of the vehicle. Once it came in, just did to fill out a application and they did the rest with ease. Glad I went in and they took care of my needs. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
I went in expecting to get a certain car and came out of there with an amazing car awesome mileage a whole lot better than what I thought I would get . I absolutely love the car. I received great service awesome deal it was a great experience Thank you Jose Chui for making this an amazing experience getting my first new car
