The staff there is wonderful. Left all 6 my babies there and they were treated like they were home. Mahalo
My fur babies and I love Northwind!!! They are so excited when they come for grooming and truly have enjoyed their stay when they have been boarded there. So happy we can count on Northwind for all our grooming and boarding needs!! ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome place!!! Had my Cockerdoodle groomed there for the first time and Diane did such a great job. I definitely will be bringing Cooper back. In addition to being very happy with his grooming, the staff was so nice and helpful. It was very clean. Thank you for making Cooper's visit a great experience!!
I had my Gus stay at the kennel for three days and everything was fine until Friday, yep kennel cough! Vet confirmed it this morning. Now he is on antibiotics and cough medicine. My daughters dod also was there and he ended up with so weird blistering rash and kennel cough! They both had been there before and no problems, we have always liked Northwind, but neither will be going back. I have heard others having this same thing happen. I think if this is the case maybe they should close down for a week and disinfect it better... read more
<3 Northwinds! We miss our girl, but don't worry about her while she is at "camp". She comes home happy and tired after each visit. We also appriciate the cash discount. Thank you from the Arthurs.
