RecommendedMy dog absolutely loves it here! Not only is the place super clean, super organized, and well maintained but it is evident that every staff member is an animal lover. I take him once a month so he can have some puppy social time, get a bath, and enjoy being a dog with his other dog friends. He gets so excited when we pull through the front gates! This place is well worth the drive and cost. He won’t be going anywhere else!!
We’ve been bring our dogs to Northwind for 15yrs and can’t imagine going to any other kennel for boarding.
The facilities are so clean, and literally every time I stop in someone is sanitizing an area of it. My dog had her first day of doggy daycare the other day. She LOVED it. My dog came home and was so zonked from playing she put herself to bed in her kennel. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and even saved one of her puppy teeth they found in a little baggy. They have totally made me a believer and eased all my nerves about her going somewhere. Totally worth it!
Everyone was very professional. When I went away and left my pup for a week this last summer she got sick and Northwind employees emailed me and let me know what they did for her so she could get better. Lilah my dog has stayed at least 4 times and each time for at least a week. She loves going there. The last time we took her she knew where to go and was ready to be taking to the back. We will for sure come back. Thank you for what you do!
I am a nervous Momma but this place has made me so comfortable & the love they have & give to our furbabies is awesome!!! Highly recommend this place for daycare & grooming... we are trying boarding soon & I am thrilled about it!
