Great facility with knowledgeable employees. It’s obvious that everyone there has the dogs best interest in mind. Each dog was supplied with appropriate bedding, toys and treats. They accommodated to each of my dogs needs; food and medicine wise. I love how dogs aren’t all mixed with big and small dogs. They yards are well maintained and managed. If you don’t choose this facility, you’re dog is definitely missing out on a great and relaxing time. I won’t be able to find a place that matches Northwind.
My Great Dane loves this place! He comes home exhausted because he has loved playing so hard during the day. Tonight one of the staff gave me a Mother's day card from him with his huge paw print on it. So stinking cute!
I called in to get info about boarding our two small dogs with them. They were professional, kind, and answered everything thoroughly. The facility is nice, clean, and our dogs seemed happy and healthy after their 11 day stay. Thanks for taking great care of them!
RecommendedBrought my dog to daycare for the first time today and she is going back tomorrow. I ended up buying a package and I’m sure she will love it there. I wanted her to get use to being there since she will be boarded in January for about a week. She came home after daycare and took a long nap! I definitely recommend this place and the staff was amazing this morning from checking in to picking up and showing me what I need to know for my package!!
My Murphy loves this place and so do I! They are so caring and more importantly, will contact you if anything is out of the ordinary. I highly recommend Northwind Pet Care Center!
Northwind was instrumental in helping us transition a rescue pup from the PNW to Chicago. Our puppy Suki spent a month at Northwind and their staff provided frequent and detailed communication helping us track Suki’s progress and wellbeing while in their care. Anytime we sent an email or left a voicemail, they responded quickly and helped us sort out the many steps required before her transport to us. My Tuckie has been coming here for over 5 years, up until I moved last Month. Best people working there I could ever ask for. Absolutely love this Kennel. Found a replacement in Spokane, but nothing will measure up. Miss you all.

Just boarded the pups for 6 days - they were extremely professional at check-in, while we were away and when we picked them up. Our dogs fought with ea other at one point and they contacted us to let us know what happened and how they treated it. We were accidentally overcharged and when we called to ask about it, they fixed it right away and sent a follow up email explaining the charges and apologizing again for the error. Will definitely use them again!!
