I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this clinic due to the repeated unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the staff. On multiple visits, I was told that I was required to fill out a form that clearly states on the document itself that completing it is not required. Each time this happened, I had to point out the contradiction to the representative. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, I was consistently met with attitude. The doctor was sweet and helpful but the staff member who called me in the lobby and walked me back was the rudest staff member I’ve ever had to deal with at any medical office ever. His name is Rich. So, I have two names, one is my legal and one is my preferred name. I’m used to being called my legal name at doctors offices. Doctors are good but the office staff is horrible! You never hear back from them and even though you take the time to fill out the medical release forms they require they never send over the medical records to the insurance companies. My sister was denied her disability payments because Northwestern never sent over her records.

HORRIBLE SCHEDULING. THEY CAN'T PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH AN ADEQUATE SCHEDULE FOR APPOINTMENTS. VERY NEGLECTFUL TO THEIR PATIENTS FOR PROVIDING ADEQUATE SCHEDULING. TRY RUSH COPLEY OR EDWARD ELMHURST OR EVEN ADVENTIST 🤔
