I remember Sharon who was my occupational therapist chiding and making fun of me for "holding my face and chin funny", as though someone with multiple forms of dystonia (including oromandibular) has any control over the way that their muscles pull and spasm. Parking is a problem here
I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this clinic due to the repeated unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the staff. On multiple visits, I was told that I was required to fill out a form that clearly states on the document itself that completing it is not required. Each time this happened, I had to point out the contradiction to the representative. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, I was consistently met with attitude.
