I cannot speak highly enough of NP Karen Schneider. She is exceptionally professional, with outstanding bedside manners that immediately put you at ease. Her caring and empathetic approach makes you feel truly heard and supported as a patient. She takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure you’re comfortable with every step of your care. This review is for a test that was scheduled for me here, not a physician visit. I arrived 5-10 minutes early for an 8am appt. on a Tuesday. I had confirmed and checked in before my appointment via the MYNM app, and that allowed for a quick check-in at their office when I arrived. The friendly person at their front desk thanked me for doing that, saying they appreciate it when patients complete on-line. Below average visit. Doctor did not have my history or records, and even stated, I'm really not the right person to see you. Then discourage me before I show up! Meanwhile, hello $500 charge. For what?! Do better.
