It was a receptionist ( a very arrogant guy) who didn’t want to make an appointment for my husband with an ENT doctor saying that we need to see a PCP first even if we have a very good PPO plan with BCBSIL which is allowing us to chose any doctor we want from any specialty. Effectively he denied us the care. Can someone please tell him that’s not appropriate? We lost us as clients because of him.
Dr Schneider is very good, and he really listens and is very comprehensive in his care. I felt very confident with him for ESS involving a Mucocele near the cranial fossa and orbital region; he provided an excellent outcome. Communication and scheduling are seamless.
If you have a referral to be seen with the ENT do not even bother they do not care to help you or schedule you. I would rate them 0 for how little they care for patients!!! Would highly recommend making the drive else where !!! I explained several times where and what my referral was for and they said I would have to go where I got my referral from w a specialist my son is already seeing? And not understanding what I made clear literally go anywhere else for ENT specialist!!
Easy access to parking lot and to the entrance of facilities.
Doctors are very nice and treat you like a person instead of a patient.
