Do not come here. 8 1/2 hour ER wait time. Elderly people slumped in wheelchairs waiting to be seen, patients having vitals taken in waiting room after waiting hours. No urgency whatsoever. Go to Elmhurst.
We visited Lurie Children’s at NM Central DuPage Hospital Pediatric Outpatient Center Endocrinology & Diabetes to see Dr. Mary McCauley, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and professional, especially the lady at the front desk who gave clear directions and was very helpful. We did some lab tests and an X-ray -everything went quickly and smoothly. We’re very happy with the care and the whole visit. Thank you, Dr. McCauley and the team, for your kindness and great service!
If I could rate this hospital zero this place is unprofessional went into the emergency room my 2 yr old son had a a open wound on his forehead once we got called nurse didint introduced themselves to me neither did the doctor they check his blood pressure temperature they were having a hard time checking his blood pressure because he’s a toddler he moves a lot he’s in pain doesn’t want to be touched the nurse seemed like she was getting frustrated and seemed like she was grabbing him rough while checking his blood pressure ... read more
Administration should be embarrassed by the ED. Unbelievably understaffed. This is actually dangerous. The Joint Commission should look at this hospital's ED.
