The treatment we received from staff member Alondra during our recent visit was beyond unacceptable! This is not the first negative encounter we’ve had with her. I always chose to be patient, but her behavior this time crossed a line. She was cold, unwelcoming, and unhelpful while I was attending to two disabled family members. I have tourettes and a few psychiatric conditions. I needed my antidepressant changes but needed my antipsychotic (for my tourettes) changed first. My new neurologist in dekalb was not familiar with tourettes so he referred me here without changing my medication. I had to wait 9 months for my appointment with dr. Gopal. In the meantime, my psychiatrist (who is kinda sketchy) prescribed me a different antipsychotic, which i chose myself. I finally saw dr. Gopal and she was completely dismissive of my concerns regarding other ... read more
