Best total care team I have worked with for heart issues
Test results with a diagnosis came back with no explanation or instructions for how to proceed. Took almost 2 weeks to get ahold of the office (they tell you they will reach out in 2 business days). Now I cannot get treated because I’ll have to pay out of pocket next year because of their mistakes. I'm extremely disappointed in Northwestern Medicine AGAIN this year. Just told a week later that I should not have been driving the last week and I should have immediately gone to the hospital with my diagnosis. Honestly this office negligence is pathetic and dangerous. Duly will be my new healthcare. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
