Northwest Emergency had horrible hospitality also failing to inform us on the situation that was taking part. I saw a bunch of nurses chatting in a group so I asked for one to see if my mother was okay due to her heart monitor constantly beeping. We were later informed that my mother was okay no thanks to the staff from the hospital.
