I took a kitten to get spay and that evening I had s voicemail telling me they couldn't complete the procedure because after opening up her abdomen they found no uterus. They closed him up and removed his testicles. They were the ones who told me he was a 'she' initially! I was told that since they made the mistake they would only charge for one surgery and give him an extra shot of pain medicine. Poor kitty.
I took my kitten to be neutered and they did a terrible job. Yes, he was neutered but they did not finish the procedure and left pieces hanging out. In the end I had to take him to the emergency room; after speaking with the vet (5 hours after I picked up my cat from Northwest) he let's me know the area is infected due to unsterile equipment. My kitten had the neutered procedure done again. � I have left messages with them but they have not responded. It has now been two weeks.
