Super friendly & kind staff who care a great deal about their mission! Their feral spay/release program is on point.
By far the worst customer service I have experienced ever!!! Don't count on ever getting a call back after surgery concerns when calling the post op line. I left 6 or 7 messages pleading for a call back and was never acknowledged. I then had to followup with my regular vet and had to pay an additional $80. Huge stress and will never recommend them. Thankfully my vet was able to prescribe what was needed. Unbelievable...
Great experience with them, would deffinetly reccomend them!!
They cut my cat open and didnt tell me. I had to take him to the hospital and he got 3 staples. They also wouldn't respond to any of my attempts to reach out.
Northwest spay and neuter is absolutely amazing! I just picked up my cat Loki. He is doing well the environment was great at the centre. Thank you so much will defiantly be recommending!!!
