Since I live in Mason County I opted to utilize their shuttle service to get my cat (Oreo) neutered. I met the shuttle at the designated location the morning of appt, filled out some paperwork, and off my cat went to get fixed. Picked my cat up from the shuttle the next morning and paid them. The shuttle employees were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had. Best part about this organization is their prices CANNOT be beat!! Neuter, flea meds, rabies and another feline shot came to $60 TOTAL. Oreo is d... read more

They apparently are way to busy to pay attention to infection control, quality control, care for the animals, follow up after surgery, and customer service! It's like a line at a mess hall. The fast you are pushed a long the more they can serve! These people aren't making any less money than the high dollar vet down the street! 1 vet sees 10 animals per hour at $60 a pop and the one that takes more time with your pet conducting a full examination might see 3 at $200 an hour! Another example of "You get what you pay for in Am... read more

I took in my 2 six month old kittens, one boy Simon and one girl Grace, to get spayed and neutered. It was chaotic when we checked in but I read reviews prior stating it would be so I wasn’t upset until I waited 45 min just to be told I didn’t have an appointment set up. Apparently they had a temp for a while and this isn’t the first problem they had that day. So I waited an extra 30 min praying someone no showed to their appointment so my cats could be squeezed in. Thankfully there were 2 no shows. I patiently waited the 24... read more

Called over a month ago to make an appointment. Woman on the phone took my name, my phone number, and my dog's name and stats. Gave me Oct 17th as an appointment. Totally understand about booking that far out as it's a low cost clinic. Took the day off work so I could bring my dog in. I called today to double check that I had my appointment date and time correct. Was told that they had no record of my appointment and there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to make an appointment for mid-November. 0/10 experience. Now... read more

These people are awesome. I have taken both my pitties to them and have had a great experience. the7 are nice and pleasant to talk to. I am over protective of my dogs and I was able to call and check on them and they were very informative when I picked them up with any issues also they tell me how much they love my kids and I love them too so that's a plus! ❤

My Mother ended up with six feral kittens on her five acres. We asked her vet how much it would cost to have the mother of the kittens spayed and he said $500. My mom said it wasn't even her cat. But he gave us the info regarding NW Spay and Neuter Clinic which helped us immensely. Some of the kittens went via their shuttle service and some we took up to the clinic. All of the kittens were spayed or neutured, given shots and de-fleased for a very reasonable fee. We also had the mother of the kittens spayed so we will not hav... read more
