I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. DR. VAKIL WAS DETAILEDWITH MY CONDITION AND THE SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.
My family and I have been going to Northwest General Dentistry for many years. We always have a wonderful experience. Mary is our Dental Hygienist, she is great, very professional and warm and sincere. She always does a wonderful job, very gentle. Dr. Vakil is usually my Dentist, he is great!
Yesterday was my first day to go here. My friend highly recommended them and she hates the dentist. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. (It had been well over a year since my last one) She kept asking if I was ok since it was such a deep cleaning. The dentist also took his time talking with me and explaining my xrays. Dr Otten was fantastic. Informed me of all steps in the procedure in advance so there were no surprises. There was also no pain. Absolutely perfect experience. Would recommend highly.
Mary is always polite, professional and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
My visit was very pleasant. I did not have to wait long, the cleaning was actually relaxing. I almost fell asleep.
