Northwest General Dentistry are always a pleasure to visit, polite and friendly staff and always easy to deal with whether on the phone or there in person. I never used to like going to the dentist but over the years NWGD have stabilised my teeth to the point where I rarely need any work done other than routine 6 monthly cleaning. Mary the hygienist makes a particularly good job, my teeth feel wonderfully clean and look great afterwards.

My family has been going to this dental place for more than 10 years. We love Mary, the best dental hygienist in Houston. The 2 dentists in this office are very professional. All of the office staff are very helpful and nice.
I love Dr. Otten. His personality is balanced. He takes time to listen and to explain. We have been going there for years. The substitute hygienist was quite a bit more friendly and engaing than the regular one...but the regular one is OK, too.The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because the place could use some updating.
