I very much appreciate the personal attention by both the dentist and his assistant. They gladly explained the process for my crown procedure and then politely and thoroughly answered my additional questions as the procedure progressed. They were sincerely concerned about my welfare (keeping my jaw open for a long time is especially unpleasant for me) and made allowances.
