The staff at Northwest Dental are great. They take time with you and do not make you feel like they are rushing on to the next patient. I highly recommend them.
Once you are at the office it’s great, but it very difficult to reach someone at the office. Even if I leave a message nobody calls back, so I never know if my message was received. The reminders come out the day of the appt But everyone is very friendly and professional so in person.
My crown setting went easy
Dr. Davis & his assistants handled my dental procedure w/ complete professionalism. I'm very pleased w/ my new 7 front teeth instead of 6. If they last 54 yrs like the 1st set, I'll be 125 & probably won't know what planet I'm on, but will still be able to smile. Only bump was regarding the financial end of the work, however, misunderstandings only result when I don't pay proper attention to begin with.
If you’ve ever tried prising open a pistachio nut with your front bridgework, you’ll regret it! But don’t get too upset by it if Dr Davis at Northern Dental is your dentist! Two weeks before Christmas and a half day set up for their Christmas Party, they rushed me in on that same day and Dr Davis transformed my embarrassing front gap into Hollywood perfection. I was referred to Northwest Dental by a friend. I needed to consult and get a second opinion about bridges that were done in my mouth and treatments that should of been done by anothet dental office. I was in very good hands the minute I walk into the office. Doctor Bryan explain what had happen and what could be done. I will be seeing him for a while to fix the mistakes that were made.
I'm a difficult patient. I have hypersensitive teeth and am highly dental phobic. Carmen is the most understanding, patient and gentle hygienist who makes my cleanings bearable and relaxing. Dr. Bryan is equally as patient and gentle and takes his time to address any issues. This is the best dental office ever!
I have nothing but very positive comments on NW Dental. They called me back and set up an appointment immediately. The service and response time were exceptional. I am delighted that I moved from my previous dental service to NW Dental.i give you A’s for everything you have done for me…thank you
I have been at NWDA for several years now. Isabella consistently does a very thorough job, is very attentive to how I am doing. Northwest Dental is the best dental provider in my experience.
