For the first time ever in my life I thoroughly enjoyed working with the talented hygienist as she cleaned my teeth. She was able to point out how my overall health depended on good oral hygiene and how I could best improve my health and well being by properly attending to taking care of my teeth. Having just moved back to the rogue Valley and needing to establish new dental care, I was very pleased to find this office. The providers are very kind and efficient as well as the office staff and personnel.
Dr. Davis is a throughly knowledgeable professional. He identified my problems and gave me a treatment plan before I left.
I called Dr. Davis' office this week very worried because a crown I've had on one of my molars fr 15-plus years came off my tooth...from the moment they answered the phone, every interaction I had this week felt efficient and caring. After establishing that I wasn't in a lot of pain, they were able to get me in the next morning... the dental assistant was fun to talk with and reassuring. This is my first working visit with NW Dental (Dr. Davis). Professional in all aspects and friendly as well. What a refreshing change. Don't look forward to my next appointment for my next crown; however, since I have to do it, I am relieved and happy to have found Dr. Davis, and his staff, at Northwest Dental.
