I had a regular cleaning with Isabella. She did a fine job, very thorough. Her work with patients is really good — complete, good pace, treats customer well. Her recommendations are always in the patient’s interest.
I just moved to the area from out of state. I had an issue with a tooth getting infected. They got me in the same day I called and worked out a plan to fix my tooth. The facility is clean and bright. The place is well staffed and very friendly.
I have been a patient at Northwest Dental for close to 10 years! I have always had the absolute best dental care from this office! Their ability to gently bring my fear and anxiety of the unknown under control has been an amazing expedience for me! I always recommend Northwest Dental to anyone looking for a good Dentist for their dental needs! Dr B takes on many challenges and does wonderful work! With the help of his staff, I highly recommend they to be the best Dental in Medford!❤️
I feel very Blessed when I go to my appointments at Northwest Dental. The extra care that I need and receive could not be any better. I rate them a 5 Star because they are the best.
It's like a family reunion every time I go. Even when I show up a week early for my appointment. Very cordial but professional from the front door staff to the tech's in back to Dr. Bryan himself. Can't say enough good things. Having had nightmare surgeries in the past because they wouldn't listen to me about having very high resistance to pain med's and very low pain tolerance I have had no pain here whatsoever! I actually look forward to my visits. My family does as well. Thank God for these folks, Rick
