Tried to schedule an appointment. Deaf patient here. Need an ASL interpreter. Company's policy to schedule an appointment in early morning or late afternoon only. Definitely inaccessible for Deaf patients. Hearing patients can schedule anytime they would like, not Deaf patients.
Everyone is always so nice there. Appointments are not too long. In and out. 👍🏼

Great place and staff! Not only did they diagnose my daughters breathing issues "VCD"...they entertained my younger one during the process! We felt so comfortable and everyone was amazing!!! Thank you!
Staff was great and appointment went smoothly. Doctor was very knowledgable about everything going on with my complex kiddo and offered solutions that fit our family. Very happy with their care!
My wife has been trying to get medication for her lungs for over a year now. We've gone through the tests, we have an obvious plan of action provided and yet we have to run through appointments all over again. I'm watching my wife slowly die while nothing is being done. I have no one I can call at NW Asthma and Allergy about this. When I call I have to dial in a number to speak to a person. Usually my only option is to call and make an appointment. This is really frustrating.
We had the best experience yesterday during my daughter's first office visit. All of my concerns were addressed and knowledgeably answered, It was well worth the long drive for peace of mind with my daughters allergies. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
