While it does not affect my child, it is very appalling that NWAA has terminated all Medicaid patients. This is a violation of the providers’ social contract and reinforces the separate but equal treatment of the poor and less privileged. What a huge disappointment.
RecommendedThe clinic can be trusted to be looking out for your best interest and to help with appointments and other needs - the staff goes above and beyond. The Doctors give exceptional care. One time the staff scanned a prescription of antibiotics to a pharmacy in Germany upon my request because I was getting sick (on my vacation)and needed help - that’s going above and beyond!... and it was a weekend! I got the antibiotics just in time to stop the bacterial infection and a visit to a hospital.

Dr Altman is a gem!
Scheduling is a nightmare. Doctors aren't bad - a few good ones, a few bad ones. The bad ones want to prescribe a LOT Of medication - even for little kids. There might be a better way to try first. Otherwise, yeah, the scheduling and service/front desk, documentation is TERRIBLE. I'm surprised nobody has turned them in for HIPPA violations yet.
