I've been on hold for 20 min only go be hung up on! I then put myself on the call list 2x and never received a call back. I'm again on a loonnnggg hold with no end in sight. Couple this with the fact that my son was seen over 1 hour AFTER his appt time the last time we were in so we are done. (This long wait was before Covid so not related to any of that) I will be transferring his care to a new location/clinic and will NOT be using NW Asthma and Allergy anymore.
RecommendedHave gone here for years. Dr. Virant was initially recommended for my son who had asthma and allergies from the time he was 2years old. Fast forward many years and I have encountered asthma and allergies as well.The staff is friendly, proficient and easy to make appts. Dr Virant is professional ,friendly and truly listens .Always feel well taken care of at Northwest Allergy & Asthma!!

I’m really sad to write this review as I’ve been a 10 year plus customer of Northwest Asthma and Allergy, but this place has really gone down hill in the last year. Calling to schedule an appointment has you waiting on hold for 30 minutes plus. Oftentimes if you call to schedule around 4:30pm, they won’t answer despite being open until 5pm. Messages to schedule often are not returned for several days and it is obvious they don’t value your time or service. Dr Tran is awesome! Allergy shots are working very well. Highly recommend.
Dr. Altman was able to diagnose my daughter when after several doctors & hospitals, even children’s couldn’t help her w/ massive depilatory hives. They continue to provide her excellent care. They truly saved her! All the Dr’s & billing specialists are top notch!
I've been a patient for over 20 years & highly recommend them. Great service & efficient staff. Dr. Altman & Dr. Verant are awesome!
