Before I came to NWA Family Dental it was like pulling teeth getting me to even schedule a dentist appointment, but the amazing staff from the front desk all the way back have time and time again made my experience one I will never forget. The welcoming, friendly atmosphere combined with the experience of the staff, and their approach to helping me has taken me from not even stepping foot near a dentist office to looking forward, and being excited for my next appointment!
I've had a very knowledgeable, friendly and informative dentist visit today in this clinic. They patiently went through detailed exam and explanations I asked for. I will keep going and highly recommend to everyone.
We have never been to such a caring and comprehensive dental office! From the first person you meet at the desk to the dentist himself you will not find a more caring and friendly staff! We are already in love with this office and how they not only treat problems you have, but look into the why or causes of them. They teach you what you are at risk for and what you can do to prevent future problems! I had a new patient exam today and I have to say it was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. My x-rays and up close photos were explained in detail. The environment was calm and caring. The staff was super friendly as well! I have been in the dental world for many years and I would highly recommend this office! Cleanliness, attention to detail and no pressure are big on my list and they scored big time on all three. My treatment plan was prioritized so it was not overwhelming and we set up our game plan. I have worked in the dental field for a number of years, in both the front office and the technical laboratory side, so I'm quite familiar with many offices in NWA. This is absolutely one of the best. The staff is energetic, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr Kifer is one in a million, very easy hand during procedures and very thoughtful. I'll be a patient at this office for many years to come.

I'm so thankful that I found them! They are so sweet and helpful. I have had really bad experiences in the past from different dentists and them making me feel embarrassed and ashamed for having the teeth I do. Dr. Kifer was so nice and the only doctor to explain why I was having my teeth issues. They are absolutely the best 👍👍❤❤
Alaina and Dr. Kifer are amazing!!! They made me feel so comfortable and we’re very nice and kind! They showed and explained the X-RAYs and other pictures of my teeth that they took very thoroughly. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!
NWA family dental has been a great experience for me! I've had a lot of work done at their facility and will continue on with them. Dr. Bowen is sooo nice and very knowledgeable!! Mattie and other staff members are so friendly and always made my comfort a priority! Everyone here is super friendly! The facility is really clean!
