NWA Family Dental is the best dental experience that I have ever. They are super friendly, supportive, on time, and professional. I love their service, and I have never had any problem after my appointments.
I have (along with my family) have been going to NWA Family dental for many years (started at their first location). The staff is excellent, customer service is the best I’ve encountered. It’s apparent the staff is very skilled and happy to provide their services. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
I have been to many dentists that have left me feeling unheard. That was not my experience here. I felt heard and taken care of and left with a plan of action I was comfortable with.
I was so excited to find a dentist when my husband and I moved to the area. Everyone is seriously so friendly! I leave there smiling. They were kind enough to not only take care of my dental needs, but to also educate me. I've never had a good experience at the dentist until NWAFD!
The staff at NWA Family Dental have made my last two visits comfortable, kept things familial even though I just started seeing them, and took the time to explain immediately upon expressing anxiety because of the condition of my teeth that there were zero judgments, life happens, and everyone's teeth and gums are different. After one visit, I plan on continuing seeing them. The staff was wonderful and made the experience pleasant. The dental assistant, Nicole, was absolutely amazing in easing my nerves and knew what she was doing to make the experience as painless as possible.
I have never had a dentist personally ask me what I wish I could change about my smile. I felt like I could finally see a ray of hope, and have finally found where I can accomplish my smile goal!
Thank you so much for one of the most thorough cleaning and exams I've ever experienced. I got all the information I needed to make a decision, but without the pressure of additional work. Great experience.
