I had SUCH a wonderful experience as a first time patient here. Every member of the staff was kind and diligent! I truly felt that they were concerned about the current and future of my dental health. Can’t recommend them enough!!
From first walking in the building to walking out the whole experience was great! Every member of that practice is friendly and efficient! Every question I had got answered. They work well together and have awesome customer service! I even received a hand written note after my visit! I love the attention to detail and am very happy with my choice to go here.
I don't know how they do it, but everytime I go see Dr. Kifer and his staff they seem to outdo their last visit! They are kind and compassionate and always explain things so well! This past time I went in for work for me, but remembered a question about my daughter's teeth - well they quickly pulled up her Xrays and were happy to answer my question - which was completely unrelated to my visit. I called in at 8am in a panic about my broke dentures an these lovely people got me right in and fixed my dentures!! They were great! Very friendly an just all around nice!! I will be going back
Still can't say enough good things about NWA Family Dental. This visit Ashley (long time absolutely wonderful hygienist) discovered a change from the previous cleaning/check up and suggested a treatment to keep the change from becoming a problem. Thank you Ashley! When Ashley asked if there were any changes in my overall health from last visit (they always ask!) my reply raised some concerns which were addressed by both Ashley and Dr Keifer. I have been a patient of Dr. Kifer since he opened his practice in Fayetteville. He is an excellent dentist, as is Dr. Bowen. Every person in this practice is friendly, professional, and kind. I don't think 5 stars is enough! I highly recommend them.

i woke up today with a raging toothache right before Christmas weekend. i called to book an appointment after the first of the year, but they got me in as a new patient within the hour of me calling. On a Friday. Days before Christmas. Great great staff with superb customer service. They are clear with explaining the process and any procedure work that needs to be done. This was my first visit. I was throughly pleased. The facility was beautiful. There were snacks and water for patients. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease. The examination and cleaning was very thorough. I would definitely recommend NWA Family Dental!!!
