This place is very helpful with medical needs but the same is not said about the case manger(s) one certain case manager Is very rude, not professional. When you are assigned a case manager that after almost two months has not even met with you in person, don't take telephone calls but prefers to text (conversations) that I find very unethical and unprofessional.
