Failure to Disclose Damage Let me start by saying, I never write reviews. I give this dealership and their management a ZERO! I bought a brand new 2017 Santa Fe Ultimate Sport from this dealership. After several months of driving my NEW car, I had fruit roll between the backseat and trunk space. Upon retrieval of this fruit, I found handfuls of glass in the car! I would like to update my experience with the dealership. Sal, the Sales Manager at Northtowne, paid to have my car completely fixed. I had to have the seats removed and carpet taken out to remove all glass and the bummer painted. This was not a cheap fix, but the Northtowne Dealership did reimburse me for the costs to fix my car.
2nd Sante Fe Purchase Went back to Northtowne to buy our 2nd Sante Fe. Had a great experience and everyone was easy to work with. Fair and up front with both our trade-in and new purchase
Don’t Overlook Hyundai My Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was a second car to our 2017 Acura RDX. The quality of this car took me by surprise! It looks good and feels well built and with the exceptional warranty I may keep this car much longer than my usual 3 years. Hyundai is a world class company that now makes cars to match!

The Great Northtowne Hyundai Experience ! We came to our third dealer in person on our journey to buy a new Sonata. By the time we left the dealership, we new that this is the place we wanted to buy our new car. Joe our salesman, and Sal the manager, treated us with the utmost respect. Worked miracles These guys took care of me. I wanted the new 2018 Sonata, but I didn't want to pay too much per month. They were able to work it down to an affordable monthly payment and wrote my tax in to the loan.
