Great experience. Adam was extremely helpful and top notch. This was my first experience buying a new car, and I felt it all went very smoothly. Christiaan was extremely helpful as well. I feel that they both went above expectations to find someone that everyone was comfortable with, without every pressuring me into anything. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

Best Car Buying Experience This was by far the best experience iv'e had at a car dealership and was completely happy with my purchase, Tom and Adam were awesome to work with as well as the finance dude and sales manager.

No followup My daughter purchased a used car from Northtowne. Upon driving it to a summer job in South Dakota she realized it had an intermittent headlight dysfunction, not a good problem. As the car was purchased with no warranty, we realized it was our problem to fix. After having two dealers examine the car, the problem could not be found. Great experience The deal was done in less than 2 hours which included the test drive. No games, very professional. All of the staff we worked with bent over backwards to make sure we were completely satisfied. The delivery of the vehicle was seamless, the salesman took his time to make sure every detail was well covered and that we understood all of the functions this vehicle had to offer.

It's about the car and the customer, not the dealership. Northtowne was the only dealership that had the model and trim car I wanted to buy in stock. It's was not geographically convenient to me as there are at least 2 other Hyundai dealerships closer to me to buy the car I wanted from them. Mike Smith was great to work with through the buying process, but you absolutely need to read the comments in the body of the survey.
