Horrible experience, would never recommend or buy from this dealer, Sales person very unprofessional, cursed at us because we would not sign paperwork at his specified time, Adam and dealer management are nothing but liars and horrible to deal with.

I love this dealership. I just had another great experience in the service department from a man named Bobby. I'm a manager at a nearby Westlake Ace Hardware. I enjoy giving great service because I treat people as I would like to be treated. Today Bobby floored me with his great service, something very rare in today's world. Thank you Bobby and Northtowne Hyundai!

I scheduled a recall repair about a month ago. They gave me a date and time to come in to get the recall complete. They said it would take one to one and one half days. I called Monday, it was going to take until the next day. I called Tuesday afternoon. They said it was taking longer than expected. I called Wednesday morning, again not ready. My sister needed a new car and she started at a KC Chevy dealership. That purchase attempt got out of control as the dealership kept adding "required options" such as clearcoat protection, nitrogen in the tires (regular air is 80 percent nitrogen already), interior fabric protection, loss of income payment protection, etc, etc, to the total of almost $6,000 in add-ons. They messed up my car installing an engine and they no responsibility. The service manager is rude. You all didn’t even put clamps on the hose from the engine to the air hose. Never had issues until they worked on my car. The dealership fixing their errors is amazed they didn’t own this one. I’ll never even let them do an oil change.

High praise for Salesman Matt Kornblum He was very attentive to our wants and needs and found us a perfect auto. We purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave. I've been a satisfied service and sales customer of Northtowne Hyundai. Recently, I needed to have a rear passenger door adjusted and made an appointment with their body shop near their Mazda operation. Just like the service center, the staff was helpful and professional and immediately knew how to fix the problem. They did so while I waited and not only is the door adjusted properly now, and an annoying wind noise is now gone. Process was seamless. From test drive to financing we were taken care of. Got the car we wanted at a price better than we were expecting. We worked with Greg Aikmus and he was fantastic. Answered all of our questions and made for a painless purchase. Everyone was so nice to us. Always opening the door as we walk in and even had another sales rep approach us to give our kids candy. Such a friendly and non-threatening environment. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!
