Always a headache! I've tried to use the service department a few times and its always a disaster. I understand the department is busy and would recommend them hiring additional staff to help improve business. I am currently having issues with my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I called several times last week and left 2 messages to receive a call back.. NOBODY RETURNED MY CALLS!
