Thank you so much for donating the bikes to Central of Elkader for prizes during their bike rodeo. We came and picked one out for our son and they made sure he got the correct bike for him. Thanks to Dan for taking the time. Had a great experience and will be back again.
Excellent service...I live 2 hours away...called about terra trikes and they had them ready when I visited..I was impressed with the communications with their staff..everyone was well informed..Mike led the sales effort and staff in service department were great...eventhough my visit was on an extremely busy day mike handled our time in a professional and courteous manner. A 2 hour drive is not an issue when one receives quality products And service.. Thank you mike and all your associates
I bought a treadmill for my wife here this week. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told the sales person it was a surprise gift for my wife. Delivery crew was very careful carrying it down the stairs and setting it up. I noticed that they put a red bow on it for us which was very cool. Thanks for the great help and service!
