I bought my son his first bike there from Graham. I went back the past 2 weeks and got 2 more bikes for my daughter and wife! I was blown away by the level of service and how Graham wanted the best for us. NorthTowne is now our go to bike shop! Your bikes are awesome but your service is out of this world!
Northtowne has always been my go to LBS. Just purchased a Cervélo Áspero and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a shop that services all type of riders, has a friendly staff, and has a no pressure sales environment, look no further. Check out the online store too, it’s great!
I appreciate Derek and the Northtowne team for their excellent customer service this last week & over the past years. I got my bicycle from this local shop back in 2016 and now my husband is proud new bike owner so we can go riding together! Hands down the best bike shop in Cedar Rapids! Every single worker wants the best for you and they have no problem answering any of your questions! I have special ordered many products and received a comprehensive bike fit and they’ve gladly worked with me on everything! I can’t stress enough how good of a culture they have and how good of people they are! They all have remembered my name and address me as so when I come in and it’s just a good friendly atmosphere! They have my business for life!
