RecommendedLogan made the buying process so easy. He answered all of my questions and brought out multiple bikes until I found the one that I really liked. Bikes here are very expensive but you get what you pay for.
We wanted our daughter to have a usable bike before Spring Break. We had a bike given to us by family and Eric looked it over. It wasn’t safe to ride as it was and would have cost a lot to get into rideable condition. Eric showed us 4 used kids bikes and we are so glad we chose a reasonably priced bike that our daughter loves. I have only been to this shop for repairs and maintenance on my bike. All of my experiences have been positive but today I was blown away. I will definitely be coming back in the future and I can't express enough gratitude for the quick and reasonably priced help I have received. The only suggestion I would possibly make would be for the owner to give Logan a huge raise.

Super helpful and friendly! We spoke to Don and hope to see him again when we go in again! We are just looking at getting bikes and hopefully make a purchase in the next week but we will definitely be returning to get everything we need here from Don!
Super helpful and friendly. I’m still learning the bike jargon and simple repairs. The service shop was helpful, did not talk down to me, taught me some simple adjustments I can make at home and found an issue that needed addressed and got it taken care of. Highly recommend.
Very kind and knowledgeable staff who really know their products. They are not just there to sell bikes, they made sure I found something that fit my needs and budget. We had a fantastic experience with Derek and Graham today at Northtowne. They really took their time to help us get equipped with everything we will need for our half Ironman in October. Super knowledgeable, lots of options and the ability to order if they didn’t have it online. I’m scheduled for a professional fitting with my bike in a couple of weeks, and I am really looking forward to the education part of that appointment. I’m a bicycle novice and they have been a huge help in just a couple hours. Thanks!
