After moving back to the Midwest after over thirty years in the Lake Tahoe region where people spend more on their bikes and skis than their cars, it is great to find a knowledgeable and friendly shop to get work done on my baby. They did the work quicker and for less $ than they quoted and even fixed something we thought was going to need replacement. Excellent customer service with great prices! I recently started cycling after a long hiatus. As expected I had a few muscles reminding me they were unhappy after rides. As the total miles went up those pains went away other than a persistent burning between the shoulder blades. Usually uncomfortable around 12 mile mark. Big, no, huge thanks to Chris for making sure I had the right rack for the fat tire bikes after an initial miscue. He was patient and exceeding helpful as he showed me rack after rack. And when the installation proved stubborn, he took it in stride. Great customer service! Glad you joined the staff there!
