I went to buy a car, put down a $500 deposit. The deal fell through.. because they aren’t competitive.....it has been 20 days and I still haven’t received my deposit back. They have a lackadaisical approach to customer request.

I had such great service with Northtown Mazda when I had my 2014 Mazda 3..... not so much now with my 2018 Mazda 3. Nothing but a run around and even a service manager, Shawn, who promise to call back the next day with the information I needed to fix my car, hasn’t bothered to return any of my messages. I will never be financing a vehicle from here again. Financed my vehicle mid July and driving the car off the lot I noticed the brakes were grinding metal to metal and my steering wheel was shaking horribly. Brought it back to be serviced they fixed the breaks but not the steering wheel. Not sure how this car was passed for inspection. Now I have several bad sensors in the vehicle as well.
