RecommendedI bought a Mazda about 6 or 7 years ago from Northtown and had a very positive experience. I went to Chevy after my first Mazda and then when my most recent lease with Chevy ended, I decided to go back to Mazda after reading how nice the CX-5 was. I went back to Northtown and was lucky enough to have Josh Schulenberg as my salesman. absolute garbage product. 23,000 miles on my CX-5 and brakes pads, calipers and rotors need replace and I'm suppuse to pay for that?! Brain told me it was due to elements of buffalo lol. pretty sure the weather has always been like this and I've never seen a brake system go before 50,000.....therefore garbage produst and Mazda is not willing to stand behind it.

Mohammed Al-Faouri is a wonderful, kind person and a great salesman! Service was very attentive and pleasant when they added my accessories, such as the rails and cross bars onto my car. The window rain guards accentuate the beauty of my car. Everyone at Northtown Mazda was very friendly and accommodating to all of my needs and concerns. I highly recommend this dealership. RecommendedMatt Hayes was an excellent sales person. he worked hard to find the car we wanted. they were very busy that day. yet he was very attentive with us. I would suggest to anyone to ask for Matt if they are looking to buy a new car.
