This was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had (10th vehicle purchase). After leaving a deposit on a vehicle and setting a delivery date, the car was sold out from beneath us. To remedy the issue, a replacement vehicle was ordered with a proposed new delivery 3 weeks beyond originally date. It took over 3 months until we finally took delivery! Dealership was fine. Seemed a little chaotic when I stopped in, but overall no complaints. Every person I've dealt with there has been friendly, helpful, and very professional.
. I had an appointment set up today, August 2nd 2022, by phone call at about 9 am with Sydney Vernon to see a 2016 Lexus IS300 that you had listed for sale on your website. I was told it was still available and could be shown at 5 pm today. I left my workshift for 3 hours to drive over to Northtown Mazda, only to be told that the car was no longer available and sold the day before. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. What a rip off the service department is . Took my 2015 kia soul to get service due to all the brake light system light are on. these insane people said 1660.00 to repair for a ABS ASSEEMBLY!!!!!! YEAH RIGHT !! KICK ROCKS NORTHTOWN KIA.
These people rip you off. I bought a car and 10 minutes I drove off the lot it starts to smokes from under the hood.so I said I didn't want it. The sales manager who I told no I don't want a lemon 3 times to saud "ok but you'll pay" still waiting for another car to replace Terrible place

I went to Chevy after my first Mazda and then when my most recent lease with Chevy ended, I decided to go back to Mazda after reading how nice the CX-5 was. I went back to Northtown and was lucky enough to have Josh Schulenberg as my salesman. I actually ended up driving off the lot with a cx-3 2017 with very low mileage with a 6 year warranty. They were so helpful! I would recommend anyone to shop here.
