I bought my Mazda CX 5 in August 2016. I had the greatest experience I could have asked for, they were patient, willing, and most of all very informative. My salesman Adam was so helpful that when I buy my next Mazda I hope he is there!!!!
I absolutely love my new 2015 Mazda 6! Working with Northtown especially with my sales rep Brandon Rupp was a fantastic experience. Each step in the process was flawless and everyone was extremely helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. They truly deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you again!
You may have seen my previous 1 star rating. I am updating this now because it went from one of the worst experiences I have ever had to the BEST. The General Manager Erik Nelson took to the time to reach out to me and fully empathized with my experience. Just had a salesman lie to my face about their competition. Considering it was within the Northtown network that seems surprising. I walked out on him. It seems like his manager that told him to feed me a line of bullshit so I can't entirely blame the guy. He seemed new. THANKS! NORTHTOWN! I guess I'll be driving out to Towne tomorrow. I'll be sure to let my 600 co-workers know about my experience.
