Always get a hassle trying book an appointment when there's a problem. Its damn near impossible to get a loaner car even when you partake in the jeep wave program. When picking up my vehicle its always been an excuse on why there's not paperwork. Pretty sad when you have to find the sales manager for help. After 4 leased vehicles, im now done with this dealership all together. Transitowne has been great with service on my other vehicle.

Dave in service was great. We had an unexpected battery issue, he let us come in and he ran diagnostics right then and replaced our battery within an hour. Got it covered under warranty. Thanks Dave!
