I had a fabulous experience working with Mary and Ryan on the purchase of my new to me Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had a great experience with the sales department when purchasing my new car. Cal was excellent, worked with me on getting the car I wanted within my price point. He was responsive and helpful and I have nothing but good things to say about him! However, I am extremely disappointed in the integrity of the service department. I was told that my used jeep went through a 125 point inspection to be considered certified pre-owned. However, this was not the case. I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the dishonest and unethical practices at Northtown Jeep. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was assured it was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle that had passed a rigorous inspection, as well as a NYS safety and emissions inspection. This was a complete lie. Shortly after driving the vehicle off the lot, I discovered major safety issues that would have caused it to fail any legitimate inspection.
