The service department has gone downhill. I’ve made 2 recent appointments (within a week) for first thing in the morning, and they’ve had my vehicle the entire day without even looking at it! Both times! Same excuses from 2 different service advisors. They obviously need to hire more experienced electrical technicians, because they don’t seem to show up for work here.
