Always friendly. Very clean and new facility. Service center put new tires on in the time they quoted. Will definitely return.
Leased my 2013 Chevy pickup from Northtown. Very happy with the sales and service department.
Had a recall on my Buick. 7:30 appointment. Prompt service, excellent customer service, free coffee and very nice guest waiting area. I have also purchased 3 vehicles from them. Very easy to work with and no pressure salesman. I really like Gordy. He is a straight shooter and I trust him. He will treat you right!
I purchased 2014 GMC Acadia in Dec 2013 through a lease. This comes with free oil changes for the duration of the lease. We called yesterday to schedule an appointment. Set for 2:30PM today. I arrived a few minutes late and dropped my keys with the service desk. I waited until after 4PM for my vehicle to be completed. This was only a routine oil change - on a brand new car.
