Had my Chevy cruz in twice this week... an oil change and then again to fix a door lock. I walked away thinking how great the service was and friendly... don’t get that a lot these days. Normally I wouldn’t post but was so impressed with the service.. thanks Tom Tobin! 😀
Today was very upsetting . I made an appointment a couple days ago for 2:30 PM for an oil change. I left there at 4:40. No one came out to communicate with me once. I sat waiting getting madder and madder for over two hours. They did apologize when they gave me my keys but this is very unacceptable.! 😡

I bought a beautiful GMC Sierra from Lonnie today. First class service! They made everything work for me. They got me the payment I wanted at a great interest rate, and I don't have the best credit! I will always recommend Lonnie and Northtown. And I'll be back for all service work on all of my vehicles. Lonnie was great! He went way out of his way to make the deal happen. Great job, guys!
